HOMS Group ("HOMS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is intended to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. What we collect
- Contact details you submit via forms (name, email, phone, message).
- Property addresses and details you enter into our tools.
- Analytics data (page views, country, referrer) via privacy-friendly analytics.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to you, deliver the requested service, improve our tools, and comply with our obligations as a licensed real estate professional in British Columbia.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the site (hosting on Cloudflare, transactional email delivery, analytics) and our brokerage where required for transactions.
4. Retention
Contact records: up to seven years (CRA / brokerage compliance). Tool inputs: deleted within twelve months unless tied to an active client engagement.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@homsgroup.ca.
