Build & supervision
Weekly site walks, photo logs, change orders run through us. The GC manages trades; we manage the GC.

Handover & post-mortem
Final walk-through, deficiency list closed, warranty docs in your hand. We compare actual cost and actual uplift against the original model and tell you which assumptions held.
